Thank you, Jessie. And welcome everyone to our first quarter 2022 earnings call. It’s a pleasure to be speaking with you all today.

First, I would like to take a moment to share our deepest sympathies to all of those who have been affected by the situation in Ukraine and acknowledge the commitment and dedication of our teams in supporting our joint venture colleagues and their families, while wishing for this. Today, Fernando and I, we'll take you through our first quarter operating highlights and provide you with an update on the progress we have made in the execution of our strategic priorities.
