Good morning, or good afternoon all, and welcome to the GFL Environmental Fourth Quarter 2022 Earnings Call. My name is Adam, and I'll be your operator for today. [Operator Instructions]

I will now hand the floor over to Founder and CEO, Patrick Dovigi to begin. So, Patrick, please go ahead, when you are ready.

Thank you and good morning. I would like to welcome everyone to today's call and thank you for joining us. This morning, we will be reviewing our results for the fourth quarter and providing our guidance for 2023. I'm joined this morning by Luke Pelosi, our CFO, who will take us through our forward-looking disclaimer before we get into the details.

We once again achieved double-digit industry-leading growth, an accomplishment even more impressive considering the economic uncertainty and cost headwinds that we experienced for most of the year. We believe that with the resilience of our growth, despite the challenges over the last few years, demonstrates the effectiveness of our strategies, the quality of our asset base, and our team's exceptional focus on value creation.
