Good day and thank you for standing by. Welcome to the Lattice Semiconductor Corporation’s First Quarter of 2022 Conference Call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. After the speaker’s presentation, there will be a question-and-answer session. [Operator Instructions]

Now, it is my pleasure to hand the conference over to your first speaker today, Rick Muscha, Senior Director of Investor Relations. Thank you. Please go ahead.

Thank you, operator, and good afternoon, everyone. With me today are Jim Anderson, Lattice’s President and CEO; and Sherri Luther, Lattice’s CFO. We will provide a financial and business review of the first quarter of 2022 and the business outlook for the second quarter of 2022.
