I would now like to turn the conference over to Rachelle Girard, VP, Investor Relations, Tax and Treasury. Please go ahead.

Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. Welcome to Cameco’s third quarter conference call. I would like to acknowledge that we are seeking from our corporate office which is on Treaty 6 Territory, the traditional territory of Cree people and the Homeland of the Métis.

With us today on the call are Tim Gitzel, President and CEO; Grant Isaac, Senior Vice President and CFO; Brian Reilly, Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer; Alice Wong, Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Officer; and Sean Quinn, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

I’m going to hand it over to Tim in just a moment to discuss how the improving growth outlook for nuclear power is translating into an improving growth outlook for Cameco. And then Grant will discuss our recent announcement to acquire Westinghouse. After we will open it up for your questions.
