This morning, we issued our financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year of 2022, for the fourth quarter we reported Fee-Related Earnings, or FRE, of $0.16 per share, and distributable earnings, or DE, of $0.15 per share, bringing total FRE to $0.57 per share and full-year DE of $0.53 per share. We declared a dividend of $0.13 per share for the first quarter payable on March 6 to shareholders of record as of February 24 and also announced a fixed dividend of $0.56 for 2023 or $0.14 per quarter starting with our first quarter 2023 earnings.
