Thank you, Will, and good morning, everyone. I’d like to start by taking a moment to remember Ron Rittenmeyer, our former Executive Chairman, who recently passed away. Ron had an unwavering commitment to Tenet for which he will always be remembered. This included ensuring a seamless transition in management, which was substantially completed late last year. Ron was a dear friend and colleague to many and our thoughts remain with his family.
