Thank you. And good day. With me today from Global-E are Nir Debbi, Co-Founder and President, and Ofer Koren - Chief Financial Officer.
Nir will begin with a brief review of the business results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022. Ofer will then review the financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022, followed by the company's outlook for the third quarter and full year of 2022. We'll then open the call for questions.
