Good morning. Thank you for joining us for our fourth quarter earnings call.
Looking at the performance in the fourth quarter, key success measures like net interest income growth, tangible book value accretion, core loan growth, core deposit growth, asset quality, all continue to be strong. There is a fair amount of noise in our fourth quarter numbers. So, we're going to move quickly to the performance detail for the fourth quarter to try to create clarity there, then to the outlook for 2023 to help with model builders, and finally, I'll spend some time detailing why I believe we have a unique ability to continue producing outsized shareholder value.
