Thank you, and good afternoon, everyone. We are excited to share our Q4 results where we finished the year with great momentum, delivering another quarter ahead of expectations, with revenue up 9% and adjusted EBITDA up 27%. Our strong finish to 2022 completes year two of the three-year plan we outlined in 2021 ahead of expectations.
