Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today to discuss EnerSys’ first quarter fiscal 2024 results.

On the call with me today are David Shaffer, EnerSys’ President and Chief Executive Officer and Andrea Funk, EnerSys’ Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Last evening we published our first quarter results and filed our 10-Q with the SEC, which are available on our website. We also posted slides that we will be referencing during this call. The slides are available on the Presentations page within the Investor Relations section of our website.

Thank you, Lisa. Please turn to slide four. Our first quarter results reflect the exceptional work our team has performed over the last few years to transform our business. Collectively, we have taken EnerSys from a product-based business to an end-to-end solutions provider, expanding our technology platform offerings and reach in existing end markets, while also entering new markets.
