Thank you, Devon, and welcome everyone to Noble Corporation’s Third Quarter 2022 Earnings Conference Call. We appreciate your continued interest in the company. I’d like to begin with some opening remarks about our recent milestones and objectives related to our business combination with Maersk Drilling, and then provide some views on the market outlook and our global operations before turning the call over to Richard to review the financial results and outlook.
