Thank you, Danielle. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today for our fourth quarter and full year 2022 results conference call. I'm Derek Leckow, and joining me today on the call are Matt Trerotola, Chief Executive Officer; and Ben Berry, Chief Financial Officer.
