With me here this morning are Howard Heckes, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Russ Tiejema, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Also joining us today for Q&A are both Chris Ball our President of Global Residential; and Randy White, our Senior Vice President-Operations & Supply Chain.
