Thanks, operator and good morning, everyone. Welcome to Sitio Royalties second quarter 2022 earnings call. With me today to discuss second quarter 2022 financial and operating results is Chris Conoscenti, our Chief Executive Officer; and Carrie Osicka, our Chief Financial Officer; and other members of our executive leadership team.
