Yeah. Thanks, Martin, and thanks everyone for joining our call this afternoon. So, just to start let me briefly run through the agenda for this afternoon. So, I'll provide a high-level business update and review recent highlights, and then I'll hand the call over to our President and Chief Medical Officer, Bill Sandborn, and Bill will provide updates across our pipeline programs, a more detailed update across various programs. And then I'll turn the call back to Martin, for a brief overview of our third quarter financial results, before we open the call up for Q&A.
