Good morning. My name is Bill Dunaway. Welcome to our earnings conference call for our third quarter ended June 30, 2022.

During the third quarter of fiscal '22, we continued to see the effects of inflationary pressures on the global markets, sharp increases in short-term rates and continued volatility in both financial and physical markets.
