Thank you, Ari, and good morning, everyone.
Fiscal 2023 was an important year for our company. In April, we began our new chapter as a pure-play, live entertainment company following the completion of our spin-off from Sphere Entertainment Co.
Fiscal '23 also marked the first full year of events at our venues since the onset of the pandemic, with a busy event calendar, demonstrating robust demand for our premier live entertainment offerings. This momentum is reflected in the strong full year financial results that we have reported today.
