Hello, everyone. I'm Tal Jacobson, and I'm excited to welcome you to our second quarter earnings reports, for the first time as Perion’s CEO, with me is Maoz Sigron, Perion's CFO. It is truly an honor to take all this role and lead Perion into the future. I've been running Perion's Search Advertising division since 2018, where we've built a thriving business model, and a deep partnership with Microsoft Advertising. And I was also part of the executive team that built and executed the foundation of Perion. At Perion, we have an incredible team of talented individuals, that build a robust foundation that will lead Perion into the future. I want to thank each and every one of them for their hard work and dedication.
