Good afternoon. And welcome to the P10 first quarter 2023 conference call. This is Mark Hood, EVP of Operations and Investor Relations. Good afternoon and thank you for joining the call. I’m pleased to report that P10 delivered another excellent quarter of financial performance, meeting or exceeding all our key metrics. We are particularly proud that we were able to raise and deploy over $900 million of fee-paying AUM in the first quarter.
