With me on the call today are Beauty Health's President and Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Stanleick; and Chief Financial Officer, Liyuan Woo.

Over the next 30 minutes, I will update you on our successful quarter of topline growth and the progress we have made across our strategic master plan. Liyuan will then walk you through the financials in more detail before we take your questions.
