Thanks, Kyle. Good afternoon and welcome to our fourth quarter and year-end 2022 earnings call. Last year was a terrific year having made great strides towards our long-term objective of building a sustainable profitable business. We are well positioned as we enter 2023 to continue striking the right balance between topline growth and delivering on our profitability goals, while also continuing to balance investments between online casino and online sports-book.
