During the call, we will discuss some items that do not conform to generally accepted accounting principles. We have reconciled those items to the most comparable GAAP measures in the tables at the end of the earnings press release. Thank you, Ivonne. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. Before we talk about a record quarter and year, I'd like to start today by setting the stage with a brief overview of Thermon. As a 68 year-old company, we've been tested and proven resilient across many economic cycles.
