I'm Carmen, the Group Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, and together with Hoeshin, our Group Chief Financial Officer, will be taking you through our performance, growth and future plans. We sold a large amount of independent as well as interconnected challenges for customers from fleet and equipment management and maintenance to delivery operations and field work management, from risk management and compliance, to resource scheduling and vehicle procurement.
