Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Algoma Steel Group Inc.'s, fourth quarter fiscal 2022 earnings conference call. Leading today's call are Michael McQuade, our Former Chief Executive Officer and Current Board Member; Michael Garcia our New Chief Executive Officer and Rajat Marwah, our Chief Financial Officer.
