Thank you, Ashton, and good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to American Software's Fourth Quarter Fiscal '22 Earnings Conference Call. On the call with me is Allan Dow, President, and CEO of American Software. Allan will provide some opening remarks, and then I'll review the numbers. But first, our safe harbor statement. Thank you, Vince. I'm pleased to report that during the fourth quarter, we again achieved strong double-digit revenue growth in our Supply Chain Management segment and for the company as a whole. This was a third consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth, which was driven by the double-digit revenue growth in our Supply Chain Management segment in each quarter of fiscal 2022.
