Well, thank you very much, Katz. Welcome, everyone to American Vanguard's first quarter 2022 earnings review.
Our speakers on today will bel, Mr. Eric Wintemute, the Chairman and CEO of American Vanguard; Mr. David Johnson, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. And also to assist in answering your questions, Mr. Mr. Bob Trogele, the company's Chief Operating Officer.
