Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone and welcome to UroGen Pharma's First Quarter 2023 Financial Results and Business Update Conference Call. UroGen remains focused on developing novel therapies for urothelial and specialty cancers with the goal of fundamentally transforming the treatment paradigm for what we believe is a largely underserved patient population. With the launch of JELMYTO, we took an important first step in bringing to market an innovative nonsurgical therapy designed to improve the standard of care for treating low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer.
