Thank you, everyone, and good morning. And before I begin my formal remarks on the quarter, I wanted to take this opportunity to congratulate Joe Pititto on his upcoming retirement this December and to thank him for his more than two decades of tireless commitment to our company during a period of our company's tremendous growth and transformation. Joe has been a tremendous asset to our company and his drive and passion for telling our growth story have been invaluable to us. We wish Joe, all the best upon his retirement and good luck Joseph.
