Thank you, Harry, and good morning everyone. Welcome to Mondee's fourth quarter and full-year 2022 conference call. With me today our Chairman, CEO and Founder, Prasad Gundumogula; and Chief Financial Officer, Dan Figenshu who will present our preliminary results.
