As most of you likely read in our press release last night, I've resigned as Interim CEO for NGS but will remain as a Director until March 1, 2023. My focus over the past 15 years as a Director with NGS has always been and what creates the most shareholder value for NGS, but I concluded that was my other growing obligation, some of which are international, the time required that I can provide would not be sufficient.
