Thank you. Hello, everyone, and welcome to Rubicon's first quarter 2023 earnings call. A few quick reminders before we begin. This call is being webcast can be accessed from the investor section of our website, which can be found@www.rubicon.com. Today, we will present Rubicon's financial results for the first quarter 2023. This will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

Thank you, Chris. And thank you to everyone for joining us today. Before I begin, I would like to take a moment to commend the Rubicon team on achieving a fantastic quarter. In Q1, we were able to achieve record high quarterly gross profit and adjusted gross profit, continue to grow top line revenue at strong pace and reduce costs as we move closer to profitability.
