Thank you, Paul. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us for Inotiv's fiscal 2022 fourth quarter and full year financial results call.

Bob will begin with some opening remarks, after which Beth will present a summary of the company's financial results. Then, we will open the call for questions from our analysts.
