Thank you, operator. Good afternoon everyone and thank you for participating in today's conference call to discuss Iteris' financial results for its 2022 fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2022.

Joining us today are Iteris’ President and CEO, Mr. Joe Bergera and the company's CFO, Mr. Doug Groves. Following their prepared remarks, we'll open the call for questions from the company's covering sell-side analysts.

All right. Thank you, Todd and good afternoon to everyone. I appreciate all of you joining us today. I want to remind everyone that we completed the sale of our Agriculture and Weather Analytics segment to DTN LLC on May 5, 2020. As such we’re reporting the results of that segment as discontinued operations for all periods presented in today's earnings announcement. I'll be discussing only our continuing operations for the remainder of this call.
