Thank you very much Brian and to all the folks at MZ Group. Welcome to the Kopin family. Good morning everyone. Welcome to our fourth quarter earnings call. I'm in Asia at the moment, so I hope my line is clear. I've been having some technical difficulties from time-to-time, but since this is only my second earnings call as CEO of Kopin, I wanted to start today's call with a little more background information on what Kopin does and how we plan to do it.
