During this call, I will provide an update on our overall financial progress, then ask our Chief Financial Officer, Kirk Coleman, to review our second quarter financials.

We appreciate all of the positive feedback from many of you on the format we used in our first quarter call. So we will take a similar approach today. Kirk and I will provide the formal commentary and then open up the call for questions to the entire team.
