Thank you, Matthew, and thanks everyone for joining us today. Before I begin, I'd like to note that our financial results on Form 10-Q were filed with the SEC on November 14. And with that, I would like to give an overview of the financials for the third quarter of 2022. The company recognized $324,000 in revenues during the three months ended September 30 2022, as compared to revenues of $190,000 for the same time period in 2021.
