Thank you, Todd. Good afternoon, everyone. I’m Steve Mihaylo, Chairman and CEO of Crexendo. I want to welcome all of you to the Q3 Crexendo 2022 conference call. On the call with me today are Doug Gaylor, our President and COO; Ron Vincent, our CFO; Anand Buch, our CSO; and Jeff Korn, our General Counsel.

Jon Brinton, would normally be with us, but he was in Florida and his return travel was understandably impacted by the weather. I’m also going to ask Jeff to read our safe harbor statement.
