Well, thank you, operator and good morning. I want to get started by welcoming everyone to our second quarter investor call. As always, we appreciate the time you're spending with us and your interest in our company. I'm happy to be joined today by Derek Reisfield, our CFO; as well as Stewart Kantor, the Founder, President and CFO of Ondas Networks; and Meir Kliner, the Founder and CEO of Airobotics and the President of Ondas Autonomous Systems. Today, we plan to review our financial performance and strategic progress for the recently completed second quarter and discuss our outlook for the second half of 2023 and beyond.
