Today, we will be providing an overview of Societal's contract development and manufacturing business, including updates on corporate activities and financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. Thank you, Stephanie, and thank you to everyone participating today via webcast. 2022 was an important and transformative year for Societal driven by the company's outstanding performance across each of its five strategic objectives for the year. As stated in early 2022, these five objectives were to employ new marketing segmentation strategies and strengthen the company's corporate identity; optimize our facilities and expand our capabilities; enhance our client experience through reliability, consistent quality and regulatory excellence; support talent retention by creating an inspiring and supportive environment for our employees; and finally, to significantly strengthen our financial position.
