Thanks everyone and good afternoon and welcome to Eyenovia third quarter 2022 earnings conference call and audio webcast. With me today are Eyenovia’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Rowe; and Chief Financial Officer, John Gandolfo.

This afternoon, Eyenovia issued a press release announcing financial results for the 3 months ended September 30, 2022. It's been about 100 days since I've taken over the CEO role from Dr. Ianchulev and we have been laser focused on increasing our company's value by advancing our key programs. I will provide an operational update and then turn the call over to John Gandolfo, our CFO for a review of the financials.
