Thank you. Once again welcome to Minim's Q2 2022 Earnings Call. With me on the call are Jeremy Hitchcock, Chairperson of the Board; Mehul Patel, Incoming Chief Executive Officer; and Dustin Tacker, Incoming Chief Financial Officer.

Thanks, James. Good morning everyone and welcome. Before Mehul and Dustin cover the results for the quarter, I would like to address the announcement we shared earlier this week about changes to our senior leadership team. Mehul Patel who has been serving as the company CFO for the last six months has been named Chief Executive officer replacing Gray Chynoweth. Gray will be transitioning from his role as Chief Executive Officer to pursue a new career opportunity as a member of the United States Navy Reserve. This change will take place on September 8. Gray is committed to an orderly transition of his duties until then.
