Welcome all of you and thank you for joining us today for our first quarter 2022 results conference call. We hope you've had a chance to review the press release issued earlier today, covering these results. Again, my name is Steve Schultz, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at COMPASS Pathways. Today, I'm joined by George Goldsmith, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Dr. Guy Goodwin, Chief Medical Officer; and Mike Falvey, our Chief Financial Officer.
