Clarus Corporation’s Financial Results for the First Quarter Ended March 31, 2023. Joining us today are Clarus Corporation’s Executive Chairman, Warren Kanders, COO, Aaron Kuehne, CFO, Mike Yates; and the Company’s External Director of Investor Relations, Cody Slach. Following their remarks, we’ll open the call for your questions.

I am joined today by Aaron Kuehne, our Chief Operating Officer, and Mike Yates, our Chief Financial Officer. I will start by addressing the overall business and corporate strategy. Aaron will provide an update on each of our business segments and Mike will walk through our financial performance for the quarter.
