Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for participating in today's conference call to discuss Clarus Corporation's financial results for Fourth Quarter and Full Year Ended December 31, 2022.

Joining us today are, Clarus Corporation's President, John Walbrecht; CFO, Mike Yates; and the company's External Director of Investor Relations, Cody Slach. Following their remarks, we'll open the call for your questions.

Thanks, Cody. It's good to be with everyone. As I reflect on 2022, there is no doubt it will go down as one of the most challenging years in our company's history. An uncertain macroeconomic environment, a tough consumer backdrop, extremely volatile foreign currency exchange markets and inefficient [Technical Difficulty] supply chains presented rough waters for our brands to navigate. We are proud of our team tenacity and dedication in these uncertain times. So I first want to recognize all the people across all of our brands and their great efforts.
