Good morning and thanks for joining us. We are pleased to share that Postal Realty had a strong third quarter and we are well positioned to continue executing on our goal of creating and growing shareholder value. Postal Realty business model is anchored with stable cash flows supported by our credit tenant and is further enhanced with organic growth from our short term lease duration, which allows for the continual mark-to-market of rents.
