Good afternoon, everyone and thank you for participating in today’s Conference Call to discuss Nature’s Sunshine’s Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Full year ended December 31, 2022.

Joining us today are Nature’s Sunshine CEO, Terrence Moorehead; CFO, Shane Jones and General Counsel, Nate Brower. Following their remarks, we will open the call for your questions.

Thank you, Nate, and good afternoon, everyone. I want to thank you for joining today’s call to discuss our fourth quarter and full year results. On the call with me is our new Chief Financial Officer, Shane Jones and I'd like to take a moment to officially welcome Shane to Nature's Sunshine and say what a pleasure it is to have him as part of our management team. Shane joined the company in December and brings over 25 years of experience, having previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at well-known companies such as West Marine, 1-800 CONTACTS and Backcountry.com.
