Good morning, and thank you for joining us for Primis Finance Corp.'s 2022 first quarter webcast and conference call. I'm very grateful for your interest in our company and what we're going to discuss today. There are several things I'd like to highlight today in our announcement and in our press release. The first is our mortgage announcement. We have not been too coy over the last couple of years about the fact that we want to add a mortgage solution to our company to help boost operating returns and earnings growth.
