Welcome, everyone. Thank you for joining us on today's fourth quarter 2022 earnings call. Joining me on today's call are Ryan Hicke, SEI's Chief Executive Officer; Dennis McGonigle, Chief Financial Officer; and the leaders of our business segments, Paul Klauder, Phil McCabe, Sanjay Sharma and Wayne Withrow. Kathy Heilig, SEI's Controller is also with us.

Before the holiday season, we had the pleasure of hosting many of you in Oaks for our investor conference in November. I really hope everyone enjoyed that experience. Personally I was engaged and energized by the entire engagement of the investment community. I was really excited to share our vision and strategic focus for the future.
