Welcome everyone. Thank you for joining us on today's second quarter 2022 earnings call. Joining me on today's call are Ryan Hicke, SEI's Chief Executive Officer; Dennis McGonigle, Chief Financial Officer; and the leaders of each of our business segments Phil McCabe, Sanjay Sharma, Paul Klauder and Wayne Withrow. Kathy Heilig, SEI's Controller is also with us.

I've had the opportunity to connect with many of you regarding the format of this call and appreciate your input, so we're switching things up. Moving forward you'll hear opening remarks from me, Ryan will provide a business and strategy update, and Dennis will provide an overview of the company's quarterly result, including those for each of our business segments.
