Thank you, Diane and good morning, everyone. As many of you know, Tim MacPhee retired last month and Diane McClintock has assumed his responsibilities within Investor Relations. Diane has been with Watts for over 10 years, has been an integral part of our finance team and a key contributor to earnings and investor communications. We are confident the transition will be seamless.
